Welcome to this websites terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you.
Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email us at shop@hoogeduinpostcards.com.
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
Conclusion of Contract
A contract is binding when Hoogeduin Postcards has accepted your order. If Hoogeduin Postcards doesn’t accept the order you will be informed within 5 working days after receipt of the order.
Once you have been checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorization of payment
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
Prices and offers
All offers on this website are not binding and are without commitment. Hoogeduin Postcards has the right to modify the prices.
All prices are in EURO (€) including value added tax (VAT), excluded shipping.
Consumer`s Right of Withdrawal
All items can be returned to us within 14 days after receipt. We will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us in the same condition. If we do not receive the cancelled items back or not in the same condition there will be no refund. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
You are obliged to check the items after receipt to verify that they are the same as you have ordered. If not please email Hoogeduin Postcards within 3 days with order number, subject and explanation mentioned in the email.
Refunds (item and shipping) will be credited to your original method of payment.
Payment
Payments must be received within 14 days after placing the order.
Payment can be made through Visa or Master card, Paypal or banktransfer.
Please see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments.
If you default with payment, Hoogeduin Postcards is entitled to cancel the order and reserves the right to withhold further orders.
Delivery
The item will normally be delivered within 24 hours to the address provided in the order unless advised to the contrary.
Packaging and Shipment
Hoogeduin Postcards will ship the items internationally.
By default Hoogeduin Postcards ship their items by priority shipping and on demand they also offer registered shipping or full insured shipping (not possible for all countries).
The buyer pays all the shipping costs.
Handling cost are included in the shipping.
Hoogeduin Postcards do combine shipping. This will be automatically be calculated and depends on the weight of the items.
We pack merchandise carefully in a tick envelope with cardboard to insure that the item arrives in good condition.
Reservation of Title
The item(s) delivered remains our property until full payment has been made to Hoogeduin Postcards.
Liability for Defaults
You are obliged to check the delivered item after receipt to verify if same and free from faults. You are obliged to notify Hoogeduin Postcards by email within 3 (three) working days after receipt of the item if you are not fully satisfied. This email notice must contain the reason and the order number and subject. In the case that a purchased item is faulty, Hoogeduin Postcards will refund the amount of the item, not of the shipping, after receipt of the item(s) in the same condition as sent. If we do not receive the item(s) back there will be no refund.
Force majeure
We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Law Applicable
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
