Must I accept the conditions of use?

Yes, our general terms and conditions are applicable to, and form an integral part of every agreement between Hoogeduin Postcards and the customer.

How can we find out the condition of the postcards?

The postcards we offer are published and described carefully. The postcards are in good condition, unless otherwise expressed.

Are all postcards vintage old postcards?

Yes, normally all postcards are original vintage old postcards. If not it will be mentioned in the description.

What is the size of the postcards?

Usually the size is ± 14 x 9 cm (5.50 x 3.50 inches). If not it will be mentioned in the description.

How to order?

You can order through our order form. If you have any questions about the item please contact us before you order. We will answer your questions as soon as possible.

In which currency can we pay?

All our prices are in euros v.a.t. included, shipping excluded.

Who pays for postage?

Customers are responsible for postage on all orders.
By default we ship our items by priority shipping and on demand we also offer registered shipping or full insured shipping (not possible for all countries). If item is not insured, we cannot accept responsibility for lost items.

Are there handling costs?

Handling cost are included in the shipping.

Do you combine shipping?

We do combine shipping. The shipping costs depends on the weight of the item(s) and will automatically be calculated in your shopping basket.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship our items internationally.

When do you ship the item?

After you have agreed with our conditions we offer you several payment options. After payment is received we ship the item usually within 24 hours.

How will items be packed?

We pack merchandise carefully in a tick envelope with cardboard or in boxes to insure that the item arrives in good condition.

How can we pay?

Payments must be received within 14 days. Payment in advance with Visa/Mastercard, Paypal or to our bank account.

Can we cancel the order?

Every order can be cancelled within 24 hours after ordering. Please send an email to shop@hoogeduinpostcards.com. We will confirm your cancellation and if you have already paid we will refund the total amount.

Can we return the item(s)?

Returns are accepted if item is not as described or you are not fully satisfied.
Refunds on item only, no refunds on shipping.
We must be notified of intent and reason within 3 days of receiving item.
The buyer has 14 days to return the item after receipt.
All postcards returned must be in the same condition as sent.

Which law is applicable?

All contracts to our General Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
